NEWS 1989-
My obsession with Belgians started in the eighties when I first saw them at Crufts and fell in love!. It wasn't until 1989 I got my first one from Karen Ellis and Amanda Mclaren from the newly formed Corsini affix.
She was in lieu of a stud fee from their imported male Lance Van De Hoge Laer to female from the Niavana kennel of Jackie Macandie. She was unfortunately never shown but had 2 litters for Corsini, one of them was our beloved Zeta (Corsini Careless Whisper).
This was now 2 but I could not stop there and Nova joined us also (Corsini Bitter Sweet) a lovely grey female with sweet nature who held the breed record for CCs for several years.
Finally a young grey female we called Purdey (Corsini Grey Velvet) who excelled in agility as well as a lovely nature.
After many years of showing and agility my then husband and I divorced and went our separate ways and for a few years i couldn't follow my interest in these lovely dogs until 1996 I met Tommy and life was not the same again!. We set up home together and started talking BELGIANS !.
Then in 1999 we had the opportunity to bring in a young female from the Hexen House Kennel in Sweden who had many of the famous Belgians of the past in her pedigree. So this is not the end but the beginning of a great new interest for Tommy and of course me !.
The start of our new life with our girls you can read in the following years news as it happens.
